AmCham Young Professionals Workshop 1/2010 - 04.02.2010
It has become a good tradition for the AmCham Estonia to organize special workshop for the young professionals within the chamber network.  Even though this intitiave is referred to as Young Professionals Committee, there are many other chamber members of various ages who now come out to these workshops.
The first YPC workshop of 2010 was devoted to the topic:
"Cooperation with Foreign Partners and Working in a Multinational Environment"

More than 15 upwardly mobile professionals gathered to listen to a very intesting presentation by

Maria Ait, Attorney
Luiga Mody Hääl Borenius

who gave a great overview of her international study and work experience and highlighted the key points of working peculiarities of other cultures, religions, work environment, etc.
Maria's presentation triggered a very active discussion on the topic where all event participants shared their experiences and advice with each other on the topic.
